Abstract
Un sistema financiero desarrollado conlleva a un mayor crecimiento económico. Para lograr estos avances, las Instituciones Financieras de Colombia requieren de herramientas que les permitan
aumentar la penetración de mercado de productos financieros con el propósito de incrementar el alcance e incentivar su uso. Esta investigación centra su atención en la compra de cartera, en entender
los factores de decisión respecto al uso de esta. Para esto, se recolectaron 399 encuestas y 6 entrevistas. Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría de personas conocen esta herramienta, que la tasa de interés es el motor de su uso y que las personas de menores recursos son las más beneficiadas por la herramienta, pero también los que menos la usan.
Abstract
A developed financial system leads to greater economic growth. To achieve these advances, Colombian financial institutions require tools that allow them to increase market penetration of financial products in order to increase their reach and encourage their use.
