During the year comprised between January 31st of 2011 and February 3rd of 2012 the author completed an internship program at Interglass Corporation, almost entirely in their office located in Tampa, Florida, United States of America. This program fulfilled a degree requirement for obtaining a Bachelor in Business Administration in Colombia, and as such was meant to be the student’s first experience in the business world. This would be a hands-on learning opportunity where the student would have the chance to apply knowledge gathered during years of career study, and would prepare the participant for future employment or business endeavors. The experience proved sufficiently enriching, giving the author much more than was expected from such practice.
