En este sentido, el presente estudio parte de la premisa de que la felicidad subjetiva puede potenciar la eficacia del liderazgo transformacional. Para ello, se aplicaron el Inventario de Prácticas de Liderazgo (IPL) y la Escala de Felicidad Subjetiva (EFS) a una muestra no probabilística de 215 estudiantes de administración de empresas de universidades colombianas.spa

In this sense, the present study begins with the premise that subjective happiness may enhance the effectiveness of transformational leadership. For this purpose, the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) and the Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS) were applied to a non-probabilistic sample of 215 business administration students in Colombian universities.eng
