This document, "Strengthening Self-Leadership within Nokia's Finance Team," explores the critical role of self-leadership in enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction within remote work settings. Conducted by Paula Andrea Cruz Ramírez as part of her Master in Business Administration program, this research specifically targets the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Nokia. The study employs the Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire (RSLQ) to assess current self-leadership capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
