dc.description.abstractEl cuero curtido al vegetal, un proceso de producción del cuero ha sido evaluado con el fin de poder entender su proceso, sus características y sus raíces para ser calificado por los consumidores de cuero en Bogotá. La investigación empezará por entender este concepto a profundidad y para esto se realizó una entrevista a una profesional que ha dedicado su vida al cuero curtido al vegetal Julio Cesar Corzo, gerente de operaciones de la curtiembre Curtivalle, Julio Cesar es un ingeniero industrial vigente en el gremio de las curtiembres y va a ser vital para entender este concepto, el día a día en esta industria y todos los pasos dentro de los procesos de producción del cuero. Luego de haber entendido por completo los conceptos planteados. Utilizando esta información se desarrolló una encuesta en la que se va a medir el conocimiento sobre este concepto en los consumidores colombianos de cuero, tratando de identificar oportunidades que existen en la intención de compra sostenible para el cuero curtido al vegetal y poder entender, ¿cómo el procesamiento del cuero por medio del curtido vegetal influencia la intención de compra sostenible del consumidor?.spa
