El sector automotriz en Panamá crece de forma estable hace ya varios años, los distintos distribuidores del sector han sabido aprovechar este cambio positivo. Este incremento ha sido aprovechado por la distribución de vehículos de marca Subaru. El rápido cambio del entorno y el momentum que lleva la organización la hace un interesante objeto de estudio académico.
Abstract
Panamanian economy has experienced a constant growth during the past decade. The automotive industry benefited from the fore mentioned progress as the number of cars sold grew steadily. One of the fastest growing brand in the sector, Subaru, profited from this growing economy, making it a perfect academic research example in the administrative field. The following document intends to give the firm the key procedures to promote the synergy to continue with the steady growth.
Research done combines academic theory with real findings to find the basis for recommendations trough a four-step process that comprehends: diagnose, proposition, feedback, goal attainment.
